Job Description
YOU WILL FIND
This position will report to the Corporate Social Responsibility Manager to support the implementation of Swarovski ethical sourcing standards in our Supply Chain. The jobholder will
-
Conduct assessment of international labour standards in Swarovski owned facilities as well as external suppliers and contractors independently
-
Keep track of labour audits cycle and follow up on corrective action plans independently
-
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on Swarovski code and labour standard requirements
-
Maintain an up-to-date database on labour laws for applicable countries
-
Support Manager in audit scheduling, report preparation and data maintenance
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
a motivated talent, who brings along the following background:

Degree holder or above

Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience

Excellent communication skill, problem solving skill and critical observation skill

Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua both verbal and written

Willing to travel
