YOU WILL FIND

This position will report to the Corporate Social Responsibility Manager to support the implementation of Swarovski ethical sourcing standards in our Supply Chain. The jobholder will

• Conduct assessment of international labour standards in Swarovski owned facilities as well as external suppliers and contractors independently
• Keep track of labour audits cycle and follow up on corrective action plans independently
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on Swarovski code and labour standard requirements
• Maintain an up-to-date database on labour laws for applicable countries
• Support Manager in audit scheduling, report preparation and data maintenance

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

a motivated talent, who brings along the following background:

• Degree holder or above
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication skill, problem solving skill and critical observation skill
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua both verbal and written
• Willing to travel
