Responsibilities

• Plan and execute brand building campaigns, customer lead generation programs, CRM initiatives and BTL promotion
• Lead the development of ATL communication, including TVC, print, social media and online
• Analyze business trends and consumer insights to deliver brand sales and market share targets
• Monitor business results and campaigns effectiveness
• Work closely with promotional partners, suppliers, operations, advertising and media agencies on marketing initiatives and brand building initiatives
• Accountable for assigned pillars performance, A&P budget control and sales analysis
• Accountable for development of team members

 Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder in Business / Marketing / Communications or relevant discipline(s)
• 6-8 years experience in brand or product management gained from FMCG, beauty or retail sectors
• Solid experience in brand building, brand positioning and ATL communication
• Experience in on-line and social media platforms is preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Strong leadership with excellent communication and influencing skills
• Strategic thinker with demonstrated experiences in brand building and positioning
• Highly adaptive, innovative, tenacious, self driven and passionate
• *Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Brand Manager.
