Role & Responsibilities:

• To assist in planning and executing branding initiatives and promotional campaigns for major corporate events
• To liaise with event organisers, production and PR agencies on operational matters and publicity programmes
• To handle content development and production of corporate publications and communication materials
• To update and maintain corporate information
• To assist in copywriting of articles, proofreading for staff newsletter, daily news clipping and monitoring of online news
• Other ad hoc projects assigned 

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in communications, public relations, journalism, translation or related disciplines
• 4 years of experience in corporate communications, event management, public relations or promotion
• Excellent multi-tasking skills with good attention to details
• Confident in liaising with different internal and external parties
• Independent, proactive with good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
