Responsibilities:

• To assist Fund Raising Committee in coordinating all fundraising events or related activities
• To manage on-site events to ensure smooth operation & execution of all activities
• To liaise with sponsors, donors, contractors and government departments in connection with specific events
• To assist in the development of appealing materials and other written materials to promote the events
• To develop and maintain statistics, records and analysis of each event
• To prepare agenda and minutes for the meetings

The successful candidate SHOULD have the following qualifications:

• Degree holder in event management, marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ event management experience with fundraising background in NGO would be highly preferred
• Good mastery of spoken and written English 
• Passionate, well-organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, able to work independently and with good team spirit
• Able to work under pressure and to complete tasks with tight deadlines
• Good communicate skill and work with high efficiency and patience
