Responsibility:

• Assist BoD (Board of Directors) and executive management team to formulate overall marketing development strategy and goals.
  
• Participate in the company sales strategy research
  
• Prepare marketing and sales budgets from time to time
• Lead operational sales and marketing team in achieving company’s goal & target. Provide training to sales and marketing team.
• Establish corporate, customer and distribution networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and deal closing skills
• Provide annual operating budget for marketing and sales functions.
• Planning and promotion on corporate image, company and service brand. Carrying out budget control and effective supervision.
• Implement market forecasts and market analysis regularly so as to provide basis for company decision-making.
• Regulate the process, carry out training. Establish assessment and incentive mechanism across the team and the channels.
• Take up ad-hoc projects as requested

Qualifications:

• Professional qualification from marketing, advertising planning, product planning, product marketing or other related fields.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Have more than 5+ year experience in product marketing, technical marketing, corporate marketing and strategic implementation experience. Have independent skills on marketing planning and development. 
• Strong benchmarking and research skills resulting in ongoing optimization of marketing strategy.
• Solid hands-on experience in advertising display industry, 3D film industry, mobile industry and/or computer workstation-server industry will be added advantages.
• Dynamic, creative and able to work under pressure.
• Team players with excellence leadership.
• Strong ethics and integrity
• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Chief Marketing Officer whenever appropriate.
