Job Description
Our client, a dynamic online media management company, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing team in Hong Kong.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will:
- Manage all brand communications through digital channels.
- Plan and improve the design, usability, content and conversion points of the company’s websites and for the promotion and growth of the company’s web properties.
- Manage online branding, communications and campaigns through the company’s website, email marketing, building the company’s online community, attracting new customers, search engine optimization, and search marketing.
- Be responsible for developing, executing and delivering the clients’ digital/online marketing strategy, planning and budget to include online, new media, web, e-commerce and SEO to drive the business forward through key marketing channels.
- Ensure smooth running and completion of marketing campaigns across site builds, online advertising, social media, maximizing online sales opportunities and search marketing.
- Analyze and interpret user journey stats in order to improve the customer experience.
- Work with the Business Development Manager to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Analyze campaigns, identify trends and provide fast, accurate reports, optimizing campaigns to produce the best return on investment for the company.
- Review the latest technologies and explore new developments in the digital landscape to find ways to more effectively deliver the communication and business objectives.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline.
- 5+ years’ digital marketing experience in agency or consumer branding environment.
- Solid experience in building website traffic and driving audience development initiatives such as affiliate partnership marketing programs.
- Good experience with search engine, keyword generation, PPC marketing, banner advertising digital analytics, media tracking tools and campaign management e.g. Google AdWords, AdMob, Email.
- Experience with digital content management and good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Good interpersonal, communication, project management and writing skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Creative flair, enthusiastic, confident, Self-motivated, proactive, positive “can do” attitude and passionate about digital, team player
