Job Duties:

• Assist with the coordination, implementation and delivery and execution of marketing campaigns for dining, events and prem
• Identifies prospects, researching, and analyzing sales options.

• Handle B2B and B2C client accounts, maintains relationships with current clients; recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Coordinate details of events such as conferences, product launches, business meetings, corporate cocktails, employee appreciation events and private events
• Assist with managing client database and CRM systems
• Calculate budgets and ensure they are adhered to
• Proposal creation and client pitching
• Cooperate with PR and Marketing in promoting and publicizing events
• Coordinate event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and pre- and post-event evaluations
• Market research, identify event opportunities and generate interest

Job Requirements:                                                                             

• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently  
• Good command of written and oral English and Chinese
• Bachelor’s Degree and preferably over one year experience in the fields of Marketing / PR / Events / Hospitality
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Hong Kong Permanent Resident
