Job Description

Responsibilities:

Promotion planning, implementation and sales performance evaluation.
Coordinate sales activity and maintain good relationship with key accounts.
Trading terms negotiation.
Conduct regular business and category review.
Achieve company assigned sales and profit target.
Develop and execute long term growth plan.

Requirements:

University graduate with knowledge and good networking in FMCG industry;
Minimum 5 years sales experience in key account management handling supermarkets and convenience stores in FMCG industry, preferably in personal care sector;
Sales-oriented with good persistence to work under pressure;
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skills;
Independent, energetic and fast-paced.
Good command of English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Key Account Manager
