Our client is a leading multinational digital media agency. It is currently looking to hire a digital manager in charge of crucial digital planning projects with the company’s Hong Kong and Asia Pacific clients in the FMCG and luxury space.

Responsibilities:

• Lead display, mobile, search and social strategy and execution with key multinational customers in the FMCG and luxury retail space
• Manage client expectations and foster ongoing relations with the clients’ senior digital decision makers
• Develop new digital media revenue sources and strengthen margins as appropriate
• Work closely with the company’s senior decision makers to coordinate cooperation efforts between media planning and buying
• Lead and mentor junior colleagues in digital media and account servicing as appropriate

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, New Media or other relevant disciplines
• At least 4 years of work experience in either digital creative or digital media agencies. Digital media planning experience is preferred but not a requirement
• Proven experience in managing high-level multinational client relationships, with previous FMCG / luxury retail experience being a significant advantage
• Solid understanding of leading concepts and latest market trends, as well as proven success in leading large digital projects
• Strong presentation and communication skills
