Responsibilities

• To manage an engineering team to develop OEM and ODM products such as 3G, LTE RF design on mobile phone and android tablet efficiently •Interface with hardware, software and system engineers to make sure system requirements can be fulfilled
• Familiar with at least one modern wireless communication system, such as LTE, HSPA/WCDMA/GSM, EvDo/CDMA2000, WiMAX and etc. is a plus
• To work on technical study, roadmap and product design strategy
• To progress projects relating to the design, development, manufacture, validation, and documentation of handsets
• To ensure projects are carried out and products are produced in accordance with good manufacturing practice, safety guidelines and current legislation and meet customer and market requirements
• To ensure product developed is fit for purpose and of good quality, validated and capable of manufacture

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field in China
• Familiar with Android Smartphone and Tablet technology is preferred
• Proactive, self-motivated, responsible and a good team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Travel to Shenzhen office and factory
• Immediate available will be highly preferred
