Responsibilities:

• Assist the legal team in relation to contracts and legal documents
• Assist in oversea projects and regulatory affairs
• Provide support of regulatory and compliance services
• Conduct legal research and maintain internal registers and records
• Participate and support department daily works and ad hoc projects

Requirements/ Qualifications:

• Degree in law or diploma in legal studies or above
• 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in paralegal or legal assistant, preferably in law firms and/or listed corporations
• Ability to conduct legal and regulatory research independently
• Detailed-oriented and self-motivated
• Independent, well-organized, good working attitude and willingness to learn and be a good team player
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin and computer skills
