Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support to resident site human resources activities, including but not limited to recruitment, staff movement, employment logistics, regular reporting etc
- Handle mass volume of data maintenance
- Handle leave management
- Participate in ad hoc projects as and when required
Qualifications & Experience required:
- At least a matriculated graduate
- 1 year of relevant experience from sizable company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Access) and shows interests in system applications
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proactive, responsible, well-organized and detail-minded
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
- Good time management in a fast paced working environment
