Role & Responsibilities :

• Assist in the planning and execution of sales campaigns for residential projects

• Conduct market researches and analyses for Hong Kong property market

• Assist in pricing and sales strategy

• Work closely with the property agents and provide after sales service

• Involve in the logistics planning and operations during sales launch

Requirements :

• Territory Education or above

• At least 2 years relevant experience with property developers

• Knowledge in property related ordinance is an advantage

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

• Proactive, energetic, and able to work under pressure

• Good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

• More experience candidate may be considered as Senior Sales Officer
