Maintenance Officer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all technical and building services matters in residential premise
• Assist in overall administration of the Maintenance Section and overall maintenance planning
• Ensure all mechanical plants, equipment and utility systems in good working conditions
• Draft tender document, analyses, follow up and report completion of those works/ projects under monitoring of the Maintenance Section
• Assist in the preparation of annual budget, its evaluation and analyis of maintenance projects
• Work Location: Fanling

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Engineering / Building Surveying / Building Studies or related discipline
• At least 3 years' relevant working experience
• Certificate in Electrical engineering or Civil engineering
• Obtain Occupational Safety and Health Certificate
• Certificate of Grade B Electrical Work
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is preferred
