Job Description

Requirements

  1. Degree in Property / Facility Management or related discipline, preferably with relevant professional qualification in Facility Management such as HKIFM, MHKIH, MCIH, etc.
  2. Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in property / facility management for Grade A office buildings and luxury residential properties, of which 3 years should be at supervisory level.
  3. Good knowledge in all laws that govern building management and maintenance, such as Building Management Ordinance, Security and Guarding Laws, and etc.
  4. Mature, presentable with excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
  5. Possesses unquestionable integrity, self-motivated, and strong common sense.
  6. Multitasking and able to work independently and under pressure.
  7. Willing to work beyond normal office hours whenever necessary.
  8. Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
  9. Proficiency in MS Words, Excel and Power Point.


Responsibilities:

  1. To assist the Estate / Facilities Manager in providing comprehensive property / facility management services at designated company properties.
  2. To carry out routine checking of the building and arrange preventative maintenance/remedial repairs.
  3. To arrange contractors / workers to carry out renovation / maintenance work including obtaining and analysing quotations, site supervision and co-ordination and liaison with the occupiers.
  4. To source necessary materials for the maintenance and improvement work.
  5. To attend emergency call from the occupants of the properties.
  6. To work on weekend or public holidays and overtime at night if required.
  7. To carry out other work as instructed by the Directors / General Manager / Head of Estate Management.
