Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Hong Kong and China property management
• Planning, budgeting and monitoring of team members' work standard to provide high quality services to the company tenants
• Enforcement of BMO, DMC and other related regulations
• Supervise a team of staff to proceed with property management matters

Requirements:

• Degree holder in housing management or equivalent qualifications
• Holder of relevant professional qualification (e.g. RICS, MCIH, MHKIH) or Registered Professional Housing Manager (RPHM) is an advantage
• Over 7 years property management experience in Hong Kong and 3 years relevant experience in China
• Well-versed with Deed of Mutual Covenant (DMC) & the Building Management Ordinance (BMO)
• Familiar with leasing procedures and the Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance
• Experience in leasing property management and project management with property developers and /or architective firms in managerial position
• Good command in both spoken English and Mandarin, written English and Chinese
• Able to travel and stay in China on a regular basis
