Responsibilities:

- Up keeping and maintaining asset quality of properties within existing portfolio

- Monitor the execution of polices and strategies instituted by the Company and Area Manager at supervising estate

-Provide assistance to building owners on management and maintenance matters.

-Handle tenancy administration work including control of rental collection, enforcement of tenancy and supervision of repair & maintenance and fitting out works

- Supervise subordinates to ensure quality management service

Requirements:

- Holder of Degree / Diploma in Housing Management, Estate Management, Property Management or related disciplines

- Member of CIH / HKIH / Registered Professional Housing Manager or other related professional qualification is preferred

-Well versed in Deed of Mutual Covenant (DMC大廈公契), Building Management Ordinance (BMO建築物管理條例), security and guarding laws and tenancy management; especially in relating to the structure of the organization of Owners Incorporation

-At least 5 year’s relevant experience in property management of which 3 years must be supervisory level; for more experienced candidate, will considered as Assistant Property Manager.

- Excellent client servicing skill and ability to handle clients and tenants independently

- Strong leadership, negotiation and Interpersonal skill

- Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese

- Knowledge of PC operations

-Candidates with less experience will be considered as Property Officer
