About the Job:

The primary purpose of the Retail Operations Executive is to ensure the operation at retail stores is smooth and efficient and the image adheres to brand guidelines. He/She also has to work closely with the retail manager, sales trainer and store managers on creating initiatives to maximize sales opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide full range of administrative support on daily operation and sales activities to retail stores (uniform management and store supplies etc.)
• Communicate closely between office and retail stores on daily retail operations issues
• Prepare reports on sales and marketing analysis for management’s review
• Review, implement and ensure operation policies and procedures are in proper direction to achieve corporate goals
• Assist in store openings and reinstatements
• Support periodical stock-take activities
• Handle repair and maintenance arrangement
• Handle customers’ enquires and complaints
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks and projects

Job Requirements:

• University degree holder
• Self-driven and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Proactive, organized and detail-minded
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external parties
• Flexible and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in PC skills, such as MS office, Excel, reporting tools and Chinese word typing etc.
