Job Duties:

• To identify business opportunities to increase sales for interior design & build projects
• Provide strategic direction and business plan for the team to achieve the annual sales target set by management
• Create a coaching and motivating culture for the team members
• Prepare and make sales presentation and tender document submission 
• Maintaining good relationship with existing and new customers and expand the business opportunities and areas of services
• To conceptualize and to work with designers based on requirement and specification given by clients

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant sales and marketing experience, preferably related to interior design, exhibition design or renovation
• Experience on cooperate with Corporate clients are preferable
• Passion to explore new markets and new customers
• Strong business senses, independent, creative, pro-active, outgoing personalities
• Able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (spoken / listening / written)
• Good and persuasive in verbal and visual presentation
• Proven track records of sales achievement
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
