Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain good business relationship with Landlord and explore new business opportunities;
• Prepare cost estimate and projection in tender exercise;     
• Research, identify and capitalize on market opportunities;             
• Carry out survey to verify the site condition (Night time if applicable);
• Providing support in the implementation of marketing & sales strategy.    

Requirements:                                                                                                                      

• Able to work under pressure with strong problem solving skills;
• Able to handle multi-task under minimum supervision;
• Holder of valid Hong Kong Driving Licence;
• Diploma holder, preferably in Marketing or related subjects, Degree preferred;
• ≥3 years’ experience in property development, sales & marketing, project management, etc.;
• Strong business sense and analytical mind;
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin;
• Excellent computer Skills with MS Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint);
• Less experience will be considered as Senior Development Officer.
