Responsibilities: 

• Report to Operations Manager
• Liaise with various parties for project administration and coordination
• Coordinate meetings and follow up enquiries of stakeholders
• Provide admin and logistic support to Sales Team and overseas branches
• Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with contract conditions
• Handle customer enquiries and maintain good customer relationship
• To handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements: 

• Matriculated or above
• Min. 5 years’ experience in front-line customer service and operations, preferably gained from manufacturing industry
• Friendly, helpful, proactive, self-driven and well organized
• Responsive attitude and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
• Good PC application skills including Chinese Word Processing
• Occasional travel to PRC and overseas countries
• Immediate available is preferred
