Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor the customer service team in Hong Kong, Macau and China.
• Review and establish retail operation & customer service guideline & policy in Hong Kong, Macau and China to improve overall operation efficiency and cost effectiveness, and cope with the rapid changes on the market.
• Provide full range of support on day-to-day operations and sales activities to maximize sales and operation efficiency.
• Monitor stock replenishment to ensure optimal inventory level.
• Assist to evaluate possible location for new shop opening
• Involved in all aspects of retail management (Training, visual merchandising, buying, etc….)
• Prepare periodic presentation materials and reports per request from management.
• Handle other ad hoc assignments as required by direct supervisor.

 Requirements:

• F.7 or Diploma / Degree holder
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant working experience, preferably in retail operation industry
• Responsible, well-organized, energetic, self-initiative, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a problem solver and strong in decision making
• A team-player & responsible leader with enthusiastic personality
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Excellent command of MS Office applications especially PowerPoint & Excel
• Immediately available preferred
