Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for research and develop the overall brand strategy, explore and identify O2O's business model, marketing strategy
  • Responsible for the O2O project, planning, implementation and promotion;
  • Integration of resources, system, channel, platform. Establishand implement the O2O business processes and standards;
  • According to business development, user needs and market research. Responsible for the online and offline consumer research, establishment and data analysis;
  • Responsible for the O2O brand operation management and marketing;
  • Responsible for the O2O team construction, management and training, achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Responsible for tradition international sales channels integration

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree or above, electronic commerce, marketing or related major;
  • With 8 years E-business operation management experience.Working experience in equivalent position with Philips, Siemens is preferred;
  • Good knowledge in digital and internet marketing, familiar with the operation of various types of media;
  • Good knowledge in Internet / mobile marketing and promotion mode. Well-know with o2o product promotion, product development direction and sales channel strategies.
  • Good knowledge with the e-commerce shopping psychology, good at analyzing the market development direction and trends, paying attention to the development trend of mobile apps, active thinking, creative;
  • Well business and market consciousness with strong planning & execution ability.Excellent ability to integrate resources and drive business success.
