Key responsibilities:

• Increase worldwide outbound sales through direct selling and new business development
• Devise strategic plan and implement business focused strategies
• Keep abreast of the market trends affecting our business, advise of corporate implications and take steps to pre-empt any issues
• Source new promoters and explore new markets worldwide
• Develop relationship with Trade Associations, Government Agencies, Promoter Network and Key Accounts.
• Perform market research for key potential sectors which identifies where the best opportunities lie to maximize sales
• Monthly compilation of the sales reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above;
• 8 years working experience with sales and managerial profile
• Strong international sales experience in a trading industry, experience with health & wellness industry would be great advantage.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• A proven record of negotiating and securing new business
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Self-motivated and able to operate independently, driving own results
• Well organized and able to schedule travel and sales activity efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
• Empathy and understanding of other cultures within a commercial context
• Excellent in verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English. Other foreign languages would be great advantage.
