Responsibilities:

• Handle phone-in and email inquiries from customers
• Responsible for new account audits, service upgrade and downgrade, account termination, and other customer account management issues promptly according to company SLA
• Promote and upsell products and services to customers
• Follow-up with customer retention and complaint cases
• Assist management in preparing ad-hoc reports

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Familiar with various MS Office applications
• Good communication, well-organized, Self-motivated, independent & customer oriented
• Customer service experience is an advantage
• IT industry experience is an advantage
• Good team player
• Immediate available is preferable
