Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints via phone calls or email
- Provide comprehensive solutions to retain and develop customer relationships
- Handle customer dispute cases with care and professionalism and escalate when needed
- Work with relevant parties to settle the customer’s case with satisfactory outcome
- Provide administrative support and update customer service related reports
Requirements:
- Associate degree / Diploma or above
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
- Detail-minded, positive and proactive working attitude, with strong customer service mindset;
