Requirements

• Degree holder or above
• With 3-5 years working experience in real estate industry is preferred
• Team management experience is a must
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is mandatory. Good communication and interpersonal skill in liaising with China branches and overseas partners
• Proactive, outgoing, cheerful, responsible and customer service-oriented with team spirit
• Handle multi task independently. Detail oriented and well organized
• Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
• Strong supervisory and leadership skill equipped with well organization manner
• Immediate available is highly preferable

Responsibilities

• Provide quality and professional service to key customers
• Ensure that all customers are well served in a timely, courteous and professional manner
• Monitor and analysis the service quality provided by overseas property management companies to achieve the better improvement in property management
• Oversee the leasing, financing, maintenance, renovation of all aspects for our overseas properties
• Deliver loan application, property resale & etc. services to international properties buyers
• Train and supervise other customer service staff
• Assist with ad hoc tasks when assigned
• Willing to travel to China frequently
