Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review our customers' profile, recommend related products to our customers, maintain and develop relationship with existing customers.
• Handle customer service on a daily basis, respond to customer questions about products and assist customers to place orders.
• Provide support for after sales activities, such as verify payments, prepare invoices and shipping documents.
• Handle after sales service (complaints, returns, refunds)
• Airsoft experience is highly preferable.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, with at least 2 year working experience in E-commerce or online shop
• Knowledge / Interest in hobbies and toys a plus!
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good PC knowledge and typing skills 30 wpm
• Customer-focus, flexible, fast learner, and self-motivated
• Good interpersonal, communication skills
• Good team-spirit and problem solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and independently with little guidance
