Job responsibilities:

1. Oversees the store's operations including the manpower arrangement, monthly roster, customer service, staff training, stock control, VM display and store security issues
2. Monitor the sales performance to meet the company objective
3. Maintain the brand image and ensure the store operation to meet the company requirements
4. Motivate and coach the frontline staff to achieve the sales target
5. Handling customer's enquiries and complain
6. Provide Sales and Promotion suggestions and plan to achieve the company objective.

Job requirements:

• Over 8 years of retail operation experience, with at least 4 years managerial experience.
• Solid experience in retail industry with strong experience in Fashion apparel is preferable
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching skill
• Effective Problem solving skill and good numerical sense
• Good command of computer skills, including Word / Excel / Powerpoint
• Fluency in spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English
