Purpose & general responsibilities of the position

• To work closely with different parties (customers, suppliers, warehouse subcontractors and truckers) in delivering excellent warehouse services
• Perform the order processing for inbound and outbound shipments in terms of communication, scheduling, control, compliance and archiving
• Handle shipment and prepare necessary documentation for the customer, freight forwarders and other concerned parties
• Compile various reports (operational, KPI or management related) on predefined schedule
• Focus on KPI and ensure the work is complying with SOP requirement
• Assist in new projects for existing client expansion, new client proposal or new clients operation launch
• Coordinate and monitor all the subcontractors’ performance and immediate follow up for service failure
• Working Location: Tin Shui Wai Fulfilment Centre

Specific responsibilities of the position

• Facilitate the trade declaration and pass the necessary information to the responsible colleague with sufficient timeline
• Render daily customer services like contacting customers, preparing orders for inbound and outbound, coordinate with warehouse operation teams, documentation and reporting, etc.
• Create Purchase Requisition and Sales Order in SAP
• Administer the Invoice to customer in SAP

 Specific requirements for the position

•  Diploma holder or above in logistics or supply chain management preferable
• Good customer services experiences, a detailed and focus mind
• 3 – 4 years’ relevant customer services & import/export operations experiences in logistics area
• Sound knowledge of SAP or WMS is an advantage
• Satisfactory interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to monitor various subcontractors
• Ability to review daily process/opportunities, identify the improvement plan and the initiative to proceed
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Proficiency in Chinese typing, excellent Excel skills is required
• Computer literacy
