Main Purpose of the job: Produce efficient and cost effective monthly crew rosters in compliance with legal, operational, check & training and Company requirements.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
1) Produce crew roster on time every month
2) Ensure all rosters are in compliance with legal and Company requirements
3) Ensure the necessary training resources are incorporated in the monthly rosters
4) Liaise with Training Section to ensure all check and training requirements are completed in a timely manner
5) Provide necessary administrative and logistics support to AHK check and training programmes
6) Responsible for the reassignment of all check and training duties in the event of disruptions in accordance with legal and Company requirements
7) Prepare and maintain A300 Simulator bookings and associated administration tasks including day to day updates/changes/cancellations
8) Maintain record keeping system to ensure Air Hong Kong’s compliance with crew qualifications and regulatory authorities
  
Minimum Qualifications
• Secondary education
• Fluent in written and spoken English to ICAO Level 6/5
• Sound interpersonal skills and able to work as part of a small team
• Numerate and computer literate

Minimum Experience
• 5 years airline experience  
• Knowledge of Hong Kong Civil Aviation requirements and aviation law
