Job Responsibilities :

• Assist the Manager, Flight Operations Support to maintain records of training and testing for flight and cabin crew and books initial and recurrent flight simulator training;

• Provides administrative support such as transport and accommodation arrangements for Flight Operations Department;

• Distribute training facilities' training records to pilots;

• Update simulator training charts for recurrent planning;

• Help pilots with licensing applications for relevant regulatory authorities;

• To verify all Flight Operations’ invoices in terms of: contract crew, training provider etc;

• Monitor FOS system to ensure all crew records such as personal and training items are all updated;

• Assist Flight Operations Department, of the interview arrangement for crew members

Job Requirements :

 Education:  

• Preference will be given to those with Diploma or equivalent experience  

    

Experience:

• Preference will be given to applicants with previous business aviation and/or aviation experience.  Applicants with 2 years minimum flight operations experience, preferably in business aviation, may be eligible to be hired as an Officer, Flight Operations Support

Specific Competencies, Skills and Knowledge:

• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Computer Literate
• Detail oriented and quick learner
• Knowledge of aviation
• Ability to work unsupervised
