• F.7/Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operation Management

• Min. 3 years relevant experience gained from multinational organizations;

• Able to handle full set of I/E documents;

• Understand shipping / logistics process flow & shipment arrangement;

• Knowledge on Tradelink / BRIO system;

• Experience in electronic components and materials is an advantage;

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin);

• Familiar with MS Office Applications with emphasis on Excel;

• Communicate and follow up closely with factories, suppliers and overseas offices to facilitate order and shipment scheduling; execute supply chain solutions for problems identified;

• Handle full set of export & import shipping documents & audit the documents based on custom compliance requirement;

• Liaise with internal departments / factories / overseas office / forwarders /clients on any logistics related issues, such as shipping documents, shipment scheduling and delivery arrangement;

• To arrange delivery and warehouse management;

• Work closely & good coordination with destination counterparts, procurement teams, Charter parties, vendors & forwarders;

• Data input and monthly logistics cost report analysis;

• Occasionally travel is required.
