Responsibilities:

• Focus on deal execution and on-going portfolio management
• Conduct research and analysis to evaluate investment opportunities
• Assist the team to perform commercial , financial and legal due diligence
• Summarize and analyze economic data& statistics and perform specific industry research analysis
• Developing presentation materials to investment committee and senior management
• Liaise with internal/external parties during the investment related activities
• Assist with other special projects on an ad hoc basis

Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree
• 2 – 3 years of experience in equity research, transaction advisory, audit, consulting or other finance related fields
• Passing the exam for (or having) a CFA, or CPA designation, a plus
• Experience in providing advisory/equity analysis/audit of retailing industry in the above related fields, is a plus
• Superior work ethic, strong desire to learn, and uncompromising attention to detail
• Excellent analytical, research, and organizational skills
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling and financial valuation skills
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Willing to travel
• Speak fluent English and speak& write in Mandarin at advanced business level
