Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and closely monitor factories and suppliers to ensure the highest quality standards, monitor productivity and oversee product development processes.
• Lead the team of Quality Engineers to work with customers and internal departments to resolve quality issues or customer complaints arise at customers’ sites
• Take initiative to drive various departments to work on continuous quality improvement to increase customer satisfaction, work with customers to approval internal initiated changes which help to continuously improvement the product quality
• Support project and merchandising teams to meet the delivery quantity, quality and shipment schedule
• Instruct the subordinates to review and translate all customers quality related documents for internal parties’ usage

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electronic Engineering and above
• Excellent communication skill
• 10 years or above in OEM/ODM Manufacturing with 3 years in supervisory and management level
• Knowledge in consumer electronics specification is preferred
• A team player with proactive, passionate and diligent characters
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Must have strong experience of US and European safety standards
• Good IT skills including MS Office
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Frequent Travel to or station in Southern China will be required
