PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the team on timely delivery of accurate financial reporting
• Prepare recommendation and analysis for senior management team
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements for the Far East region
• Coordinate and liaise with auditors on audit, tax and other relevant matters
• Establish processes and controls for accounting teams for efficient execution on daily activities
• Resolve and follow up cases with business teams on production cancellations, dispute and delivery issues
• Act as a point of contact between different departments to ensure smooth process
• Participate in finance & accounting projects as required

JOB SPECIFICATIONS (e.g. Qualification, Job Experience):

• Bachelor degree holder in Finance, Accounting or relevant discipline with professional accounting qualification
• 10-15 years of regional finance experience in MNCs with managerial exposure
• Excellent accounting knowledge in US and HK accounting standards, taxation and related regulations
• Knowledge of PRC accounting would be considered a plus 
• Good communication skills and act as a finance business partner in Far East
• Prior experience handling audit and accounting control duties
• Solid understanding of SAP environment
• Strong command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Take initiatives, team player with good interpersonal skills
