Job Responsibilities

• Assist in leading the team to handle corporate finance projects, including IPOs, merger & acquisition, due diligence exercises, corporate advisory and other fund raising activities
• Identify potential opportunities, formulate strategies and develop business network
• Keep abreast of corporate development and related rules and policies

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting or any other related disciplines, MBA is an advantage
• 4 - 5 years investment banking experience specialized in Corporate Finance
• Experienced, licensed representatives with SFC Type 6 accreditation
• Strong network with private equities, funds, institutional and professional investors
• Strong technical skills and the ability to lead high level meetings.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
