Responsibilities :  

• To drive operational excellence and deploy best practices and cost effectiveness in Operations and Supply Chain
• To be responsible in daily operation for logistics arrangements in warehouse, office and stores
• To coordinate the delivery schedule as well as the procurement / workflow process between warehouse and stores
• To handle order fulfillment including local replenishment, E-commerce & VAS Order
• To ensure proper and completed logistics record, manage the logistics documents and system etc
• To assist in data management, inventory control in logistics system
• To prepare reports and data analyses for management review
• To assist in ad hoc tasks & assignments

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in logistics / supply chain
• Detailed minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good command in both written & spoken English & Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE is preferable 

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Logistics Officer
