Key Role:

As a key member of the Travel Retail team, the Account Executive will support the Area Manager to develop the business in Greater China region. The candidate will be responsible to manage beauty consultants, in charge of counter operations and promotions in the assigned Travel Retail doors.

Functions:

• Achieve retail sales target and review customer profile and category contribution per location to customize assortment
• Monitor knowledge and skills of beauty consultants. The candidate will be travelling to different locations to perform counter coaching of beauty consultants as well as recruitment.
• Formulate promotion strategies and incentive programs to motivate front line staffs. Regularly reviewing the counter inventory level ensuring out-of-stocks/low stocks item, or slow moving items are identified.
• Monitor merchandising, assortments and planograms are respected in the different locations. Ensuring availability of sufficient inventory, testers and printed materials on counter
• Keep abreast of the competitors’ activities and be able to provide counter actions to the Area Manager.

Skill requirements :

• A recognized university Degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cosmetics/beauty industry preferred
• Willingness to travel (approximately 50%)
• Good communication skills and highly adaptable to different cultures
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese 
• Mature, independent and be able to prioritize numerous tasks
• Expert user of MS Office
