Responsibilities:

- Ensure smooth operation of the learning centre with proper manpower allocation, staff development, classes planning etc;

- Recruit kindergartners and pupils by different marketing strategies;

- Develop and implement marketing activities, e.g. parents' seminars and kids' workshops;

- Teach kindergartners and pupils in English and Maths according to our learning methods;

- Establish and maintain the long-term customer relationship with parents regularly;

- Lead and provide centre development guidance to the Centre staff, so as to help the sales & promotion of the Centre's products & services;

- Monitor the budget to ensure cost effectiveness and maintain the sustainable growth of the Centre;

- Develop the direction and strategy of the Centre with the management of the Centre.

Requirements:

- Degree holder, preferably in Early Childhood Education, Education (Maths / English), Translation, Psychology or other related disciplines;

- Minimum 5 years' solid teaching / management experience in learning or educational field is an advantage;

- With the experience of learning centre acquisition is definite advantage;

- Familiarize the local kindergarten and primary curriculum is preferable;

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

- Love children, energetic, high initiative, independent and mature;

- Willing to work on Saturdays and Sundays

- Immediate available is an absolute advantage
