Requirements: 

• College Graduate or Degree Holder (preferably)

• At least 3 years Practical Experience on Deskside support Service and sound Technical Knowledge

• Microsoft Window 7 & Window XP SP2

• Microsoft Office/Outlook 2003/2010

• MCSE / MCE (preferably)

• Mature with strong initiative, independent with pleasant character

• Good Customer service skills is an advantage

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)

• Immediately available is definitely an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Provide the Deskside Facilities Services and the Call Dispatch Services at Related Offices at the request of Service Desk

• Provide support for other office equipment, including setup and support of projectors

• Support IT projects and initiatives, and roll out of new or enhanced desktop facilities

• Coordinate with Service Desk for trouble-shooting the Hardware Issue and pass on the cases to product vendors for follow-up action and repair when needed
