Responsibilities

• Maintain proper accounts records and filing systems
• Handle daily accounting, bookkeeping and data entries
• Prepare AP vouchering, payments and bank reconciliations
• Assist in month end closing and preparation of reports
• Provide office administrative support
• Assist in ad-hoc projects/events

Requirements

• Form 5 or above with LCCI Intermediate level or above or equivalent together with the knowledge of using general office equipment
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in using the computerized accounting system
• Attentive to details, well organized, efficiency, reliable and responsible
• • Proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Excel and Word) XP Version or above
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Ability to work independently and possess a strong sense of responsibility
• Pleasant personality as a team player
