Job Duty:

• Handle general accounting duties, such as AR, AP, Bank Reconciliation and vouchers
• Handle and follow-up payment process and staff claims reimbursement
• Provide other clerical support to the team
• Handle general office administration duties
• Handle phone calls, mailing and courier
• And other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma Graduate or above with LCCI Higher Certificate
• 2 year relevant experience
• Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient PC skills especially Excel
• Good commend of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proactive, self-motivated, responsible, well-organized and attentive to details
• Immediately available is highly preferred
