Job Purpose:

This position is mainly responsible for handling receipt and payment activities in daily operation.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Responsible for day to day operation in Account Receivable and ensure vouchers & receipt are properly & timely processed according to internal control & procedure
• Responsible for day to day operation in Account Payable and ensure vouchers & payment are properly & timely processed according to internal control & procedure
• Assist in month-end closing.
• Assist in ad hoc assignments as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with formal accounting training.
• LCCI higher or above.
• At least 2 to 3 years solid experience in account receivable and account payable in a sizeable company.
• A team-player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work overtime and commit to deadlines.
• Hardworking and willing to learn.
• Good PC skills, especially EXCEL. Knowledge of JDE an advantage.
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English

The successful candidate will be engaged in a 5-month contract.
