Responsibilities:

AP&AR responsibilities 

• Handle general accounting entries, filling, daily operation and data input
• Handle customer invoices and payment
• Assist in suppliers payment Assist with month/year-end closing and year-end audit
• Handle general office admin and paperworks tasks
• manage new supplier paperwork

HR responsibilities 

• Assist in various HR functions, including payroll and staff recreation activities
• Maintain and update staff record in HR database and filing system including AL,Expenses & other leave 

 Logistics responsibilities 

• Creating shipping documentation including PL + CI 
• Managing transport companies and delivery of goods from suppliers to customer 
• managing courier accounts and processing of all incoming and outgoing deliveries 

PA responsibilities 

• Manage MD’s calendar
• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Director
• Provide personal assistance to the Director such as travel arrangement and other arrangments
• To lead and manage ad-hoc projects for the director

General Admin responsibilities 

• maintain the supplier database with the PM's 
• maintain the company website
