Job Description
Summary
Assistance to the tax advisory and compliance assignments
Key Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Regional Head of Tax APAC:
- In charge of FATCA related matters :
- reporting process
- advisory to internal clients
- update of the FATCA intranet
- Provide support in handling APAC region tax matters including but not limited to tax advisory, planning and projects, tax compliance and others
- Contribute to different Transfer Pricing analysis and control process
- Assistance on Tax compliance matters in Hong Kong
- Help with projects and other ad hoc duties assigned by Regional Head of Tax
Requirements
- Master/bachelor graduate in Tax Law (or Business, Finance or Accountancy with previous internship in tax departments of a bank or a tax consultancy firm)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Interpersonal skills: self-motivated and hardworking with a strong sense of commitment and responsibility.
- Fluent English is essential; Mandarin is a plus
