Finsoft Financial Investment Holdings Limited is a company listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Stock Code: 8018). To cope with our expanding business needs, we are looking for a high caliber candidate with the relevant professional experience to fill the following position:

Responsibilities include:

-      Direct report to Financial Controller

-       Monitor budgeting, forecasting as well as variance analysis and tax planning

-       Handle ad hoc projects including potential disposals, mergers and acquisitions

-       Liaise with external parties including but not limited to lawyers, auditors, HKEx and other regulatory bodies

-       Ensure accounting procedures and policies in accordance with applicable accounting standards and group requirements

-       Support quarterly/interim reviews and annual audit

Requirements

-       Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

-       HKICPA member/student is preferred

-       Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably gained from big4 firms, audit firm, or commercial company

-       Good knowledge of accounting standards, listing rules and tax regulations

-       Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

-       Self-motivated, detail oriented, strong leadership skills and able to work independently

-       Immediate available is highly preferred
