Main Responsibilities:

• Assist the Finance Manager to lead the team and monitor all finance operations and transactions
• Assist in monthly closing, prepare monthly financial statements and analysis
• Supervise the team for daily operation such as journal voucher approval, review of bank reconciliation and schedules prepared by team members
• Train and develop team members on a regular basis
• Participate in regular analysis and reporting tasks
• Ensure internal control procedures are in place and compliant with company guidelines
• Liaise with bankers, auditors and other professional parties
• Handle other ad hoc duties as required

 Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy / Finance or related disciplines
• Qualified Accountant of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience at supervisory level
• Meticulous, able to handle multi-tasks, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong leadership skills, and able to motivate and coach a team
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Immediate availability is preferred
