Responsibilities:

• Review journal vouchers, general ledger accounts and monthly management accounts.
• Prepare consolidated financial statement for the group.
• Prepare the annual budget, forecast and cash flow projection.
• Review and monitor cost allocation for group companies.
• Review banking facilities for management update.
• Review funding schedule for broking transactions.
• Liaise with auditors to carry out annual audit work.
• Supervise the work of subordinates.

Requirements:

• CPA or Chartered Accountant.
• University degree in finance and/or accounting.
• Previous working experience in Big 4 and at least two years managerial experience in financial or securities industry is preferred.
• Proficient in the use of PC especially in Excel formula is a MUST. 
• Practical knowledge of ERP systems with integration to settlement system and other front and back office applications. 
• Solid experience in internal control assessment and provide recommendations for improvement to procedures, operating systems, budgets, and other financial control functions. 
• Exposure in IPO process and proficiency in HK listing rules will be an advantage.
• A hands-on, independent, proactive, well-organized and detail oriented leader and team player.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
