Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable transaction
• Check and prepare payment for staff expenses claim
• Prepare invoices and follow up collection process
• Ensure data are accurately entered into System
• Handle inter-company transaction and reconciliations
• Assist in month end closing and preparation of accounting schedules
• Work with Client Services Team for business transaction
• Providing support to other areas of the business as required

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or above with LCC&I Higher Certificate or equivalent qualifications
• At least 1 year experience in Accounting
• Familiar with electronic payment process (eg hsbcnet)
• Proficiency in ERP system & MS Excel
• Experiences in using Sun Accounting System will definitely be advantageous
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Strong sense of responsibilities, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Excellent communication skills
• Immediate available or short notice only
